Lumen Artists Group provides artist development services including, but not limited to, release strategy & rollout planning, electronic press kit (EPK) creation, and artist brand audits (collectively, the “Services”).

By using our Site or booking our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
3. Booking & Payment
All Services must be booked through our official contact channels.
Pricing may vary based on project scope, complexity, and deadlines.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
Full payment is due prior to delivery of final work unless otherwise agreed.

Additional revisions or changes outside the original scope may incur extra fees.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable unless we fail to initiate the Service.
Refunds for partially completed work will be considered at our discretion based on the work completed.
If you fail to provide necessary information or materials, and the project cannot proceed, no refund will be issued.
8. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to your original content.
We retain rights to our design templates, proprietary strategies, and other intellectual property created prior to your project.
Upon full payment, you are granted a license to use any materials we create specifically for your project.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumen Artists Group will not be liable for:
Loss of profits, revenues, or data.
Business interruption or delays outside of our control.
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Third-Party Services
Some Services may involve recommendations or use of third-party platforms (e.g., music distributors, design tools, analytics software). We are not responsible for the performance, terms, or privacy practices of third parties.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to our business or other clients.
